Requirements for Admission

Our Lady of Perpetual Help Home accepts only patients with a diagnosis of incurable or terminal cancer who are unable to pay for adequate nursing care elsewhere.

The Home’s admission application must be filled out and signed by a physician.

A pathology or tissue report substantiating the diagnosis is required.
